Missing/Lost Items

We understand that not all situations are planned, although we highly suggest always having visual evidence of your items, especially if you're transferring it to others or they hold great value on the server, as lack of such is worst than having it and not needing it when the time comes, we strongly base our assessments of situations by the proof we have been provided and are not at liberty to refund anything we do not wish to due to either lack of evidence or suspicious activity.

I dropped an item, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, dropping an item would be considered a player error, we do not refund or return items that were dropped unless we are capable of locating the item. To avoid this issue please be sure to change your drop key to a key that's less likely to receive a contact to prevent losing items in this manner.

I got scammed, can I get refunded?

Yes, you can create a support ticket if you have been scammed, please make sure you have screenshots or visual evidence of the original deal, proof of the scammed item helps greatly as well. ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

I lent out my item, but the person who I lent it out to is refusing to return it, can I make a support ticket?

if you have proof of an agreement in which the item was promised to be returned, you may make a support ticket in such that the supposed lending is returned, it is your responsibility to see to it that you trust the borrower to return the item, however, lack of proof of the item belonging to you will result in rejection to your request. ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

I lost an item due to a rollback, can I get it refunded

Yes with proof (photographic) we will be able to issue a refund if logs dictate this item was lost in part due to the rollback. ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

Someone I trusted on my claim has taken my items, can I get them refunded?

If the person trusted has only been trusted for less then 2 weeks, yes you are capable of having the items refunded if we are capable of locating them and you have provided sufficient proof

My item broke due to enchant failure, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not, this would be considered a player error and you applying an enchant to your item is your responsibility, even if done so in part due to an accident. ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎

My item broke due to low durability in PvP, can I get it refunded?

Unfortunately not, it is your responsibility to monitor the durability of your items, any items lost in PvP will not be refunded.

I've misplaced an item and cannot find it, could I have it refunded?

We do not refund misplaced items, but what we can do is help you locate it through usage of logs.

I've accidentally sold an item on AH for the wrong price, can I get a refund? / Is this a scam?

Unfortunately it is the players responsibility to check and make sure they're selling an item for the correct price, if you accidentally sell an item on the auction house for the wrong price, it you're fully at fault and will not be compensated seeing as this item now belongs to another player and we cannot simply take something from them that they bought fairly for our AH system.
